		<description>Now that is what I like see on the internet. I work for DISH network, and I love it when I come across posts like this. My last position I had taking calls was in advanced tech support, so I would set up techs for customers all day, I got to hear lots of good stories about our techs, I am glad that they took care of both your situations with the one call, that is one good thing about two companies using the same type of equipment is you don&#039;t need two separate people.  One call resolution should be a goal for any company, and it looks like in your case, where that wasn&#039;t the case with DirecTV, it was teh case with us, which is always a bonus.</description>
